After two years off and a killer return to Fairbridge Music Festival earlier this year, the big rambunctious mongrel of the blues is back at Bridgetown.
Tin Dog’s backyard is at the crossroads where the country blues gets electric and heads off into Chicago, jazz and popular song. The energy, prodigious musicianship, and vocal shenanigans of John Loss, Bill Lawrie, Paul Gioia, Bob Thomson, Andrew Winton, and Paul Novosel combine piano, guitars, harmonica, accordion, double bass, and drums with some fine singing and the ability to inhabit the songs.
This dog knows where the bones are buried, and truly, if you can’t get off on this you need to see a doctor.
